Had to point it out! The DV Youngmen are now on the radio, full time! The local station, BIG WEST (92.9FM in Drayton Valley), are putting us on the air every Wednesday at 8:40AM and Thursday throughout the day in the sports! They will be doing player interviews and profiles, scores, stats, the whole bit!

Another successful 24 Hour Soccerthon has come and passed in Drayton Valley. We did what we could to entertain the crowd and play some talented teams. All and all it raised huge dollars and we had a blast! It feels like we are very very close to building the Soccer Park in Drayton Valley now; five fields and an indoor soccer center (or more). Great big thanks to the guys who drove out to support a beautiful thing. We're doing it again next year!

I think we should hold some sort of invitational tourny for all these out of town teams. Each team gets their respective Youngmen players, ei: Edson, Vegreville, DV...
